Shipping policy

Item Shipping

We ship all items within 3 business days of receiving payment. Items are shipped, with tracking information though USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL and will be determined by the item, shipping location, time of year with volume and pricing changes. We ship items in the most efficient, cost effective and time conscientious manner possible. We do not offer expedited shipping due to the nature of the items sold. 

Framing Services and Shipping of Framed Items

Custom framing services have a 2-3 week lead time based on volume in process. When payment is received we will begin the process of designing and cutting the custom mat for your project, stretching and pinning the jersey, mounting the photos, cutting the glass for the frame, cutting and assembling the frame, then packing and shipping. Because this is a custom and bespoke process for each item all done to exacting standards, there is a significant production time involved but leads to a much higher quality product. Once completed you will receive a photo of the completed piece, and tracking information once it is packed, shipped and scanned.
