"Reece Kelley was a happy, fun-loving little boy who passed away in a tragic accident in the summer of 2008, four days before he was to start fourth grade.  In his honor and memory, a Foundation bearing his name has been created.  The goal of this Foundation is to raise money to provide scholarships to students who exhibit characteristics and values that Reece embodied.
