"Reece Kelley was a happy, fun-loving little boy who passed away in a tragic accident in the summer of 2008, four days before he was to start fourth grade.  In his honor and memory, a Foundation bearing his name has been created.  The goal of this Foundation is to raise money to provide scholarships to students who exhibit characteristics and values that Reece embodied. We hope you will look through this website to learn about and/or remember a little boy who was loved by so many.  We also hope that you will consider getting involved. In his short nine years, Reece Kelley made a difference in the lives of those who knew him. We want to continue to do that... in honor of Reece."
